No person having smallpox or any other dangerous, infectious, or contagious disease shall be put out, removed or allowed to be put out or removed, from the premises or place occupied by him or her, into any street or alley or other public place in said city, but the owner or occupant of said premises shall immediately report such case to the bureau of health. Any person who shall violate any clause of or neglect to perform any duty required in this section shall be subject to a penalty of not more than one hundred dollars.
