Section 1. State Plane Coordinate System.--The functions, powers and duties of the Department of Community Affairs with regard to the State Plane Coordinate System as established in section 1210, act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929,” 1 assigning the responsibility for it to the Department of Community Affairs, are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation.
Section 2. Personnel, records and appropriations.--There are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation, to be used, employed and expended in connection with the functions, powers and duties transferred by section 1 of this Reorganization Plan, the State Plane Coordinate System, contract obligations, if any, records, files, property, supplies and equipment now being used or held in connection with such functions, powers and duties, and the unexpended balance of appropriations, allocations, Federal grants and other funds available or to be made available for use in connection with such functions, powers and duties.
