Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 473. Payments by federal government and political subdivisions

All payments received by the department from the United States government or political subdivisions of the Commonwealth for assistance or for administrative costs shall be paid into the State Treasury, through the Department of Revenue, and credited to the current appropriation made to the department for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this article.
