Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 305. Contracts

With regard to State institutions, the department shall have the power and its duty shall be to require the submission to the department of any contract for repairs, alterations or equipment, which any such State institution desires to make and to approve or disapprove such proposed contract. No such contract shall be valid, without the approval of the department as evidenced by the signature of the secretary.
