Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 53511. Construction of private improvements within lines of located park or playground

No person shall recover any damages for the taking for public use of any buildings or improvements of any kind, placed or constructed upon, or within the lines of any located park or playground after the same has been located by the town council.
