Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 25026. Domestic animals;  storage of unwholesome, explosive or inflammable materials

No horse, cow, swine, pig, sheep, goat or poultry shall be kept in any tenement house;  and no tenement house or part thereof, shall be used as a stable, or for the storage of anything dangerous to life or detrimental to health;  nor shall any explosive, inflammable or combustible thing be placed or stored under any stairway in any tenement house.
