Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 25025. Repair;  houses and yards to be kept clean

Every tenement house, and every part thereof, shall be kept in good repair, and shall be clean and free from any accumulations of dirt, filth or garbage, or other matter, in or on the same, or in the yards, courts, passages, areas or alleys connected with or belonging to the same.
