Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24585. Penalties for violation of certain sections of act

Any and all persons violating or offending against, or failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with, any and all of the provisions of sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten of this act, and sections thirty-four, thirty-five, and thirty-six of the act to which this is supplement, shall forfeit and pay for every such offense a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, to be recoverable before any alderman or police magistrate of such cities of the second class, and in default of payment thereof, be imprisoned in the common jail of the county in which such conviction takes place for a period not exceeding thirty days.
