Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 1945. Proceedings as now provided

In exercising the power aforesaid,  1 all proceedings for the ascertaining of damages, and the assessment of benefits incident thereto, shall be as now provided for by law in reference to payment of costs, damages and expenses of public improvements within municipal corporations.
