Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16559. Penalty for obstructing sewers

If any person or persons whatsoever shall wilfully stop up or obstruct the passage of the waters of any of the common sewers already made, or hereafter to be made within the said city, he or they so offending shall forfeit and pay, for every such offence, any sum, not exceeding the sum of twenty-five pounds.
