Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 14451. Powers of Board of Health

The Board of Health, in cities of the first class, is hereby authorized and empowered to make all reasonable rules and regulations for the sanitary keeping of all stables and other places where horses, mules, cows, sheep, goats or swine, or any of them, are kept, within such cities, and for the collecting, storing, and transporting of manure from such animals.
