Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 12632. Existing records and lists of eligibles

Public records of the civil service commission existing in such city shall be delivered to the civil service commission created by this article, and all lawful eligible lists, acts, and proceedings of such civil service commission, and of all previously existing civil service commissions, shall be construed as having been made and established by the civil service commission created by this article.
