Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 12631. Competitive class;  positions included

The competitive class shall include all positions now existing or hereafter created in the classified service (including those in the civil service commission), except such positions as have been classified by the commission in the exempt class or the labor class.
