All proceedings for the exercise of the right of eminent domain in the Commonwealth in connection with the acquisition of the necessary sites for the widening of such approaches and the erection of such sheds or buildings shall be had in the manner provided by said act, approved the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen (Pamphlet Laws, one hundred forty-eight), entitled “An act providing for the joint acquisition and maintenance by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey of certain toll bridges over the Delaware River,” 1 for the acquisition of interstate toll bridges over the Delaware River between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, to which this act is a supplement.
