Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 3281. Cost

The cost of any such widening or the acquisition or building of any such sheds and the cost of the acquisition of any necessary sites therefor shall be paid out of any appropriation made to such commission for the purpose of acquiring toll bridges over the Delaware River, under the provisions of the act, approved the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine (Appropriation Acts, page twenty-one), entitled “An act making an appropriation to the commission constituted for the purpose of acquiring toll bridges over the Delaware River between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey,” and for such purposes so much of said moneys so appropriated as are necessary to be used are hereby appropriated.
