On or before the first day of November of each year, each school district, with respect to area technical schools, shall file a certificate with the Superintendent of Public Instruction 1 in such form as he may prescribe and on blanks to be furnished by him, showing the number of full-time teachers, supervisors, principals and other full-time members of the teaching and supervisory staffs, the number thereof employed in elementary schools, and the number employed respectively in three (3) and four (4) year junior high schools, the certificates held by each, and the compensation paid each for the current school year, and showing further the number of part-time teachers, supervisors and principals employed in extension schools and classes established as herein provided, the certificates held by each, and the compensation paid each during the preceding school year.
