On or before the first day of July of every year, each school district, with respect to area technical schools, shall file a certificate with the Superintendent of Public Instruction 1 in such form as he may prescribe and on blanks to be furnished by him, showing attendance data for all pupils during the preceding school term, classified into such groups as the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall direct, together with such other information as the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall require, in order to enable him to properly administer the provisions of this act relating to reimbursements by the Commonwealth.
