A transportation network company which connected a passenger to a driver shall, within a reasonable period following the provision of transportation services by the driver to the passenger, transmit to the passenger an electronic receipt, which must include, without limitation:
1. A description of the point of origin and the destination of the transportation services;
2. The total time for which transportation services were provided;
3. The total distance traveled; and
4. An itemization of the fare, if any, charged for the transportation services.
