For each instance in which a driver provides transportation services to a passenger, the transportation network company which connected the passenger to the driver shall provide to the passenger, before the passenger enters the motor vehicle of a driver, a photograph of the driver who will provide the transportation services and the license plate number of the motor vehicle operated by the driver. The information required by this section must be provided to the passenger:
1. On an Internet website maintained by the company; or
2. Within the digital network or software application service of the company.
