Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706A.200. Provision of photograph of driver and license plate number of vehicle required before provision of transportation services

For each instance in which a driver provides transportation services to a passenger, the transportation network company which connected the passenger to the driver shall provide to the passenger, before the passenger enters the motor vehicle of a driver, a photograph of the driver who will provide the transportation services and the license plate number of the motor vehicle operated by the driver.  The information required by this section must be provided to the passenger:
