Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706A.090. Company prohibited from controlling, directing or managing driver, motor vehicle operated by driver, monitored autonomous vehicle provider or monitored autonomous vehicle operated by monitored autonomous vehicle provider

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto or by a written contract between a transportation network company and a driver or monitored autonomous vehicle provider, a company shall not control, direct or manage:

1. A driver or the motor vehicle operated by a driver; or

2. A monitored autonomous vehicle provider or any monitored autonomous vehicle operated by a monitored autonomous vehicle provider.
