Nevada Revised Statutes Title 58. Energy; Public Utilities and Similar Entities § 706A.080. Motor vehicle operated by driver or monitored autonomous vehicle operated by monitored autonomous vehicle provider not commercial motor vehicle

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to deem a motor vehicle operated by a driver to provide transportation services or a monitored autonomous vehicle operated by a monitored autonomous vehicle provider to provide transportation services to be a commercial motor vehicle.
