If the Administrator obtains a judgment against a person for:
1. The repayment of benefits obtained due to the person's fraud, misrepresentation or willful nondisclosure pursuant to NRS 612.365; or
2. The recovery of amounts owed to the Division for committing unemployment insurance fraud in violation of NRS 612.445,
the Administrator may, in addition to any other manner of executing the judgment provided by law, require each employer of the person to withhold income from the person's wages and pay it over to the Division in accordance with the provisions of NRS 612.7102 to 612.7116, inclusive.
