Nevada Revised Statutes Title 53. Labor and Industrial Relations § 611.450. Written agreement regarding employment relationship with leased employees

The employment relationship with workers provided by a professional employer organization to a client company must be established by written agreement between the professional employer organization and the client company. The professional employer organization shall give written notice of the employment relationship to each leased employee assigned to perform services for the client company.
