Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 252.150. Action by county treasurer when district attorney fails to account

For a failure to comply with the provisions of NRS 252.140, the county treasurer shall bring an action against the district attorney and his or her sureties for the recovery of all moneys in his or her hands not accounted for, and for 20 percent additional thereon.
