Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 243.455. Proclamation by Governor

The Governor must thereupon issue a proclamation, stating therein the result of the vote in the county affected, and that the act has been approved by a majority of all the qualified voters voting at the election. The act shall become effective on the date of the proclamation.
