Nevada Revised Statutes Title 20. Counties and Townships: Formation, Government and Officers § 243.450. Abstract filed; result certified to Governor

The certified abstract of such returns must be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, and, if it appears therefrom that a majority of all the qualified voters voting at the election have approved the act, the Secretary of State must certify the result of such vote to the Governor.
