Nevada Revised Statutes Title 10. Property Rights and Transactions § 118B.1833. Certified appraiser: Qualifications

To qualify as a certified appraiser, a person must possess a professional certification as an appraiser issued by:

1. The National Society of Appraiser Specialists, including, without limitation, a Board Certified Manufactured Housing Valuation designation; or

2. Any other organization approved by the Division.
