New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 7-22

The moneys found due on the fiduciary's bond shall be applied toward making good the damage sustained by reason of the nonperformance of the conditions of the bond. Proceedings for that purpose, proceedings under sections 3A:7-23 to 3A:7-26 of this title for the satisfaction of the judgment on the bond, and proceedings under sections 3A:7-27 and 3A:7-28 for the discontinuance of the action on the bond shall be taken in the superior court in which the action is pending if the action on the bond has been brought in the superior court or county court; otherwise such proceedings shall be taken in the court where the fiduciary is accountable.
