New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 34-3

All moneys arising from a sale of real estate made under authority of this chapter shall be paid into the court, and all securities and mortgages given to secure the payment of any part of the sale price shall be taken in the name of the superior court of New Jersey and be deposited with the clerk of the court.
