New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 34-2

The deed, duly executed and delivered by the person authorized by the court to make the sale, shall convey to the purchaser all the estate in such real estate, or portion thereof sold, held or limited over as described in the action, or held by or limited over to any of the persons named or designated in the action as present or prospective owners, in being or not in being.
