New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 31-2

Before entering upon the duties of his office a public guardian of incompetent veterans shall execute a bond to the superior court in such amount and with such securities as shall be approved by the county court of his county, conditioned for the faithful discharge of all duties imposed by law upon him.

The bond shall be renewed annually and shall, from time to time, be increased or reduced as such county court may direct.

The expense of procuring the bond shall be paid by the county treasurer upon presentation of a proper voucher approved by the county court.
