New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 31-11

The public guardian of incompetent veterans may, when authorized by the county court of the county of his appointment, employ counsel to represent him.

The compensation of such counsel shall be fixed by the county court and paid from moneys in the guardian's hands belonging to the estate involved in litigation.
