New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 54 § 6-5(19)

2. The provisions of this act shall only apply in such cases where the full amount of money determined upon as due by the commissioners of adjustment from the owner or owners of any particular piece or parcel of land on account of taxes and assessments has first been deposited with the collector of taxes of the municipality in which such land is situated.
