1. Theodore Boettger, Hackensack, N.J.; Weller H. Noyes, Tenafly, N.J.; Robert S. Sinclair, South Orange, N.J.; Joseph G. Wright, Paterson, N.J.; Robert S.O. Lawson, Jersey City, N.J., and Robert A. Fairbain, Westfield, N.J., are hereby appointed members of the New Jersey Holland Tunnel Commission. The members of such commission shall take office upon the date when this act becomes effective and shall continue in office for a period of five years and until such time as the legislature shall otherwise provide. They shall receive no compensation for their services, but the state treasurer shall, upon the warrant of the state comptroller, reimburse them for their necessary expenses.
