New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 28 § 1-14(7)

3. The commission for the acquisition and preservation of the Dey House Washington Headquarters is granted full power to acquire the land and premises together with all right, title and interest of any and all parties holding an estate in the aforesaid Dey House Washington Headquarters lands. Conveyance of title to the aforesaid lands shall be so drawn as to effectuate an estate in fee simple in the state of New Jersey.
