Montana Title 44. Law Enforcement § 44-1-110. Highway patrol administration state special revenue account

(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the highway patrol administration account.

(2) Funds directed to the account by 15-70-403(2)(b) and (3)(b) must be deposited in the account.
