Each county clerk shall keep a register of the names of firms and persons mentioned in the certificates filed with the clerk, pursuant to 35-11-101 through 35-11-103 prior to repeal by section 18, Chapter 260, Laws of 1979, entering in alphabetical order the name of every partnership and of each partner in the partnership.
