Montana Title 35. Corporations, Partnerships, and Associations § 35-10-724. Effect of transacting business without certificate

A person conducting or transacting business in this state as a limited liability partnership without an effective certificate of registration of a limited liability partnership name or a person having an interest in the limited liability partnership name may not maintain any suit or action in the courts of this state under the name.
