Copies of the entries of a county clerk, when certified by the clerk, and affidavits of publication pursuant to 35-11-101 through 35-11-103 prior to repeal by section 18, Chapter 260, Laws of 1979, made by the printer, publisher, or chief clerk of a newspaper are presumptive evidence of the facts stated in the certificate or affidavits.
