Missouri Revised Statutes Title II. Sovereignty, Jurisdiction and Emblems § 8.845. Division to compile data on energy consumption and costs and develop baseline use of data

The division, in conjunction with the department, shall compile data on energy consumption and energy costs for all state buildings to establish by July 1, 1994, a baseline for energy consumption and expenditures in state buildings using existing data to the maximum extent possible. The office of administration shall use these data when selecting and prioritizing projects pursuant to sections 8.833 and 8.835. The office of administration shall use energy efficiency analyses provided by the department and review criteria established by the division to develop its recommendations.
