Missouri Revised Statutes Title II. Sovereignty, Jurisdiction and Emblems § 8.847. Department to make energy efficiency practices information available for construction, retrofitting and maintenance of state and public buildings

The department shall make available energy efficiency practices information to be used by individuals involved in the design, construction, retrofitting and maintenance of public and state buildings. The division shall immediately adopt and implement those energy efficiency practices for the purchase and replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment where the simple energy savings payback period is five years or less.
