All funds received by any Kansas county treasurer resulting from a tax levy theretofore made by the former Missouri district and placed on the tax rolls of the proper Kansas county as required by K.S.A. 24-1105 shall be used for the benefit of the former Missouri district and for the purposes for which such were originally levied by the former Missouri district. If there be outstanding bonds of the former Missouri district, the proper Kansas county treasurer shall attend to the payment of the principal and interest on said bonds as the funds are available from tax levies and as required and called for by such bonds. The lien of any bonds theretofore issued by the former Missouri district shall continue to operate on the land annexed to the Kansas district and such lien shall not attach to any land lying within the boundaries of the Kansas district. The lien of any bonds issued by the Kansas district shall not attach to any lands lying within the boundaries of the former Missouri district.
