Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/5.18. Hoisting apparatus; examination and testing

§ 5.18. He shall examine or designate a competent person to examine the hoisting ropes, cages, and safety catches every morning and shall require the ropes to be tested by hoisting the cages before men are lowered.
