Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/5.19. Safety precautions for hoisting and lowering miners

§ 5.19. At shaft mines, he must see that the top and bottom people are on duty at the beginning and end of regular shifts where people are hoisted in and out of the mine, and that sufficient lights are maintained at the top and bottom landings when the miners are being hoisted and lowered.
