Illinois Statutes Chapter 215. Insurance § 110/27. Schedule of rates; filing and approval

§ 27. No dental service plan corporation shall enter into any contract with a subscriber until it has filed with the Director a schedule of rates to be paid by a subscriber to each type of contract, and the Director has approved the rate for each type of contract.
