Illinois Statutes Chapter 215. Insurance § 110/26. Examination of corporations

§ 26. Examination of corporations. The Director shall have, with respect to dental service plan corporations, the powers of examination conferred upon him relative to insurance companies by Sections 132 through 132.7 of the Illinois Insurance Code.  1 The cost of any examination shall be paid by the corporation examined.
