§ 27.1. Reinsurance agreement; filing. A dental service plan may enter into reinsurance agreements for dental service. Any reinsurance agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of this State regarding reinsurance as provided in Article XI of the Illinois Insurance Code. 1 All reinsurance agreements must be filed with the Director. A reinsurance agreement which is not disapproved by the Director within 30 days after its submission shall be deemed approved.
