A. The justice court and municipal court have jurisdiction of civil marijuana violation cases filed pursuant to § 36-2853.
B. Chapters 3 and 4 of this title 1 apply to this chapter where applicable.
C. Hearing officers who are appointed pursuant to § 28-1553 may hear actions involving civil marijuana violations.
