A. The originating justice court or municipal court shall maintain jurisdiction of a case that is referred to the homeless court, veterans court or mental health court pursuant to § 22-601.
B. Any judicial officer in the county where the offense occurred shall have the authority to adjudicate a case referred to the homeless court, veterans court or mental health court.
