Wisconsin Statutes Public Lands, Waters and Natural Resources (Ch. 23 to 33) § 29.059. Reports of hunters

Each person to whom a hunting or trapping license has been issued shall, upon request by the department, report to the department, on forms furnished by it, the number of the person's license, the number and kind of each animal taken by the licensee and other information that the department requires.
